Nat Geo Ultimate Explorer is a successful Family Entertainment Center attraction with locations around the world. As part of the refresh, three new experiences were commissioned to replace existing ones and to lead installations for new licensees.
I inherited these projects that were stuck in a development crisis, customer relations strained and impending deadline fast approaching. The Product roadmap was revised, agile principles embedded, critical-path tasks identified and implemented and extensive stakeholder management to ensure product was delivered on time and exceeded client expectations.

Whilst wearing the Interactive Tech Lead hat, I architected and developed the underlying technical solutions (multiplayer, system and hardware API) and also created internal tools for the team to further enhance productivity.
